Vicki and I decided to spend a decent chunk of our children’s inheritance by embarking on a 17 Day Cruise to Alaska. Princess Cruise lines calls it the “Ultimate Alaska” Cruise, and they weren’t kidding! We went practically everywhere. Or at least it seemed that way. Of course, there’s an awful lot more of America’s Largest State to experience, but we both felt as if we’d gotten a really good taste of life in Alaska’s coastal regions. We weren’t sure whether we would be able to fully adapt to the “Cruising” lifestyle, but we had a great time, and it was surely a journey to remember. And who knows? Maybe we’ll do a another cruise, in another year, to another beautiful spot.
