Onion Valley Trout Fishing June 2022

Vicki and I spent a mellow week hiking, camping, and backpacking in the High Sierra while fishing for trout in the pristine lakes within the Onion Valley area, on the east side near Independence, CA.  We hiked up all three trails leading out of Onion Valley, and successfully caught fish in the lakes up above, which Vicki promptly cleaned, cooked, and ate.  There is nothing quite like fresh trout!
